When it comes to these online virus scanners I would avoid them unless you are familiar with the company already (like mcaffee, avast, norton..etc) - and even then you have to be careful as hackers often make there crap look like one of these real ones (I saw fake Norton online scan running on someones machine just yesterday..ha)
