Pure serendipity. I was taking my wife on a European vacation. Meanwhile, an old client of mine was trying to land a contract with the Venetians to be their US agent. He asked me to sit in on a meeting with them to show how their systems needs could be met. We talked for a while and they said it was a shame I couldn't be in their office in Venice to see their systems. I replied "How about next Wednesday?" (ROFL)....anyway, I made Venice a stop on my vacation and landed the deal :-)
