>Welcome to the forum! This forum differs slightly from other forums. First and foremost it is a technical forum. Folks will help you anyway they can with any technical issue or question you post. All anyone asks in return is that you try to do the same when you can, if you can. People stay on this forum for years and many even meet, when possible, at code camps, conferences, user groups, etc all over the world if they can. Others choose to keep their presence online only. You will find that you have made a lot of unexpected friends from all over the world. Some folks never venture into the chatter section. Others do. You will read a wide range of opinions and views in the chatter section, but keep in mind, it is just "chatter" and as long as everyone abides by the rules of the forum, they are allowed to write their views in the chatter section about any subject. You will see a huge difference in views, but those same folks will meet at conferences or user groups as friends. It's a great place.
I couldn't have written it better.
Thanks
