Ok, based on how I read that, how about a simple wager:

if more mobile devices running android than mobile devices are sold in 2013, I win
if more mobile devices running WinMobile than Android are sold in 2013, you win.

Devices include phones and pads, laptop/nettop/desktop devices are excluded.
Clearly mobile devices with keyboards count: things like the Galaxy 551.
Draw if one system sells more (cheap) devices,
but with the other OS' devices a higher total gross (number of devices times price) is reached.
