There were 6 of us from El Zorro User Group at the MSDN doings in Scottsdale last Thursday. The morning sessions drew almost 1,000 people for the Office 2000 Beta 2 hoopla. Of course they had to do the demo with Beta 1. Beta 2 won't be ready for another couple of weeks so we all got postcards to reserve a copy. Yes, you got one too.

I attended both of Brett Brewers(M$ Techno Wiz) afternoon sessions on Visual Studio. He actually uttered the F----- word on 2 seperate occasions. As you might expect both references were very brief. Just as well... the little information he did impart was completely incorrect. But I guess we have to consider this a breakthrough having M$ acknowledge that VFP is really a part of VS. Savor it... it's all we have!
