I am looking presently at iTextSharp. This one doesn't require any third party but a DLL which is compatible with the Adobe Reader. It is an open source component. However, it does convert HTML to PDF but I haven't found a way to have it to read from a Web site URL into a PDF. I guess I would need to look for MHTML to PDF instead.
