MS has certainly created havoc for this community and others over time (most notably among VBers). They festively squandered their hard-won "capital de sympathie" among their historic supporters. They reap what they sow. As much as Apple did. But in an opposite trend.

However, money should not an issue of love and hatred. And I believe their market value, relative to other companies in their field, is currently relatively cheap. Would not touch Apple with a pole. At least on buy side.
