No kidding. A supposed stop of an erratic driver (with a broken-down car, no less) turns into self-pepper spraying, assault with a deadly weapon (cop car), shots fired, and a cop car rolled.

Maybe if crime is so thin on the ground there, that's the best they could come up with for this year's award < g >

And eradicating 630 pot plants in a year? Around here, sometimes seems like that would be a mid-sized haul for a single day :-/
