That won't work if that code is in the EXE file you're trying to delete - a running EXE file can't delete itself.

I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve, but a Launcher program may do what you want. Go to the Downloads section of this site ( http://www.levelextreme.com/ShowHeaderDownload.aspx ) and search for Launcher, there are 4 results.
