I presume you mean SCO 3.2 v 5.0.4

Much of the hardware information is stored in /usr/adm/messages, which is recorded on every boot. The command "more /usr/adm/messages" will let you view that. There are also some specific commands pertaining to power management etc. Use the command "/usr/bin/man -k bios" to see a list of the available commands that pertain to bios. (k is the abbrev for keyword, man refers to manual)
