I have a handful of computers (3) hooked up to a router (3 or XP Pro boxes), and one is a Win 7 box - no connection to each other, just to the router for internet access.

Anyway, the Windows 7 will no longer connect and reports a IP address conflict. Anyone know how to have this Win 7 computer to reset its IP address to fix this issue?

For whatever reason, IPCONFIG /release will not work as it reports it is not connected to the lan, which is true as it has an ip confilict.
