Looks interesting, if you like BASIC and have money to spend. Neither describes me.

This lets you design Layouts. Useful for down and dirty layout experimentation.

But you'll still need the Android SDK and an IDE (or the CMD line) to compile apps.

My old Windows XP laptop is so slow that the bloated Eclipse sometimes takes lunch breaks.
