Really? I have an HTC incredible and love it. And I don't have to have a rubber band around the edges to make phone calls :)


I really can't take anything away from the iPhone. They figured out how to do a touchscreen interface where MS had failed for a decade. Apple undoubtedly makes fine products. What I find interesting is I never hear stories of top talent wanting to work there. That isn't to say they don't have brilliant people... they obviously do. But the exodus of top-level talent that moved to Microsoft and then to Google and then to Facebook... I never heard stories of an exodus to Apple. My understanding is that it's not a great place to work. I think in the long run that corporate culture is going to hurt them. But I sincerely appreciate their invaluable role in pushing the smartphone market to where it is today... and for creating the environment that helped nurture Android!
