What I do care was for your answer, which was nothing but full of bs, if you want call Victor's comments about specific features "Bogus" then challenge them with the current state of his claims and not with "predictions", or if you do not care about a feature, then it is just a matter of preferences, obviously he cares about them and you don't, but is hard to argue who is right.

Actually I know quite a bit about WP7 - enough to get it running 100% on a device (HD2) that it wasn't even intended to run on. The device came with WM6.5 and I also was able to get Android to run on it. So having the EXACT same hardware (even the same device) I was able to do a lot of testing on my own. WP7 was quite snappy and fast - but so was Android. When it came down to usability, features, software availability and so on Android just simply was better. I tinkered around with this for a couple of months and frankly I was biased at the start because I really wanted WP7 to win - but it simply didn't. Perhaps this new beta version will overcome some of the limitations - but it's not going to fix the software availability problem anytime soon.
