You can use flash with the iPhone but you have to use skyfire www.skyfire.com This company did have a windows mobile 6.5 version out that they quit supporting. At one point I emailed them about why they dropped WM6.5 and if they had plans to release a WP7 version. I got a response back saying that they will "never - ever again support any version of Microsoft windows mobile".
Flash does have is share of security problems - but I don't know how much of those holes exist in the mobile version. There are mobile anti-virus tools that might help but again this is an area I haven't really looked into yet.

>I disagree. Flash is a security nightmare. I feel safe to run it on my PC because I have anti-virus software. Not so on WP7. Are "most (if not all) of your friends" not buying an iPhone simply because it doesn't have Flash?

>>So I've been reading about this new version of WP7 coming out - and I still find nothing saying it's going to support Flash. Seeing how Skyfire quit supporting WP7 that leaves no way to view Flash on WP7. Surely others here will agree that this is a huge blunder? That would keep most (if not all) of my friends from buying one just because of that. Geeze is this going to turn out like the Kin?
>>Perhaps I'm wrong and it's supported & I'm not just finding it - but I'd think if it DID that it'd be one of the first things they'd point out.
