Yes, but once you do find those items, you're fine with it. The ribbon came out of researching enhancement requests. 80% were for features already in the product. That means those features weren't discoverable. The set out to fix that. It wasn't simply new lipstick. They did lots of testing with actual users. IMO, they succeeded.

The issue is that as humans, we're resistant to change. We like to be in our comfort zone and hate getting out of it.
