Well maybe they're being hacked cause of the impending Micro$oft takeover.

In fact, if Microsoft attempts to influence Skype over marketing, technical direction, etc, etc (anything for that matter), it would be a violation of federal law. Until such time as regulators give approval, they are two companies.
