>And you think that giving it to the government to control is going to make healthcare more efficient and affordable? ROFLMAO. When is the last time you saw anything under government control get more affordable and efficient? The Post office? Oh, wait a minute. The post office is losing money hand over fist and thinking about eliminating Saturday mail delivery to try to stop the bleeding a little bit.
Government run health care works in other countries. Why are we supposed to be different?
The post office is an easy target but in fact you would have a hard time finding a more efficient and inexpensive postal service in the world.
It wouldn't bother me not to get mail on Saturday. Everything will get here eventually, i.e. Monday. If I had to choose between a rate increase and no Saturday delivery that would be an easy one.
Here is how ancient I am (as my daughters keep reminding me). I remember 5 cent stamps. Fortunately I only use a dozen or two a year now.
