>When Windows 2008 Task Scheduler runs a VFP 6.0 app -- an EXE build from a VFP 6.0 Project -- I can see in Task Manager that it started; however, it's not running and not using any processor time.

>The VFP 6.0 runtime is installed on the Windows 2008 Server and works because I can run the EXE app without any problem by simply double clicking on it. It's just not working with Task Scheduler. I'm pretty sure that Windows 2008 security is set up properly to allow Task Scheduler to access the EXE.

Are you using mapped network drives? If so, try changing them to the UNC path (instead of drive:\path try \\Server\Share\Path, including all executables paths in your task) (The error in the scheduler window will show "The system cannot find the path specified")
