Yes. Hundreds of times. Tried to RESTORE SYSTEM to a previous point but was unable to ?????

Last INSTALL event was for ADOBE READER X (10.01.0) but that was several months ago. I removed it to no avail.

I tried TWEAKUI (suggestion from internet search) but it did not work either.

Any other possible solutions from out in the computer would be appreciated.
