On one of our sites(Windows 7) , on a few machines, when the Exe loads first, it can take about 3 to 5 minutes , doing nothing, and then ok. (It normally Takes about 5 seconds to load). When this happens, all other apps seem to hang also. After it loads though, it flies along as normal.

I've checked things like Anti-virus etc .

Any ideas appreciated.
