The name of the link where the words 'teaparty' and 'socialized' are occuring does not give me much hope to find an unbiased assesment of healthcare run in Europe.
The fact is, whether you like it or not, that most europeans would choose 'socialised' healthcare any time over the mess in the US. The same applies to your Canadian neighbours. Also keep in mind that healthcare in any european country is different. Links as you have given above can be found by hundreds, if not, thousand for any standpoint you take. I personally would not take Italy as an example for 'socialised' medicine anyways. The Dutch, UK, Denmark, France and German healthcare systems are probably a much better comparison.
So please, what about the MDs?
