Interesting fact: the Health Care bill was passed by Congress.

It's up for the Judicial system to determine whether or not their bill is constitutional, which sounds exactly like what is happening.

So whatever your point is, you might want to try explaining it in some detail, cause it looks like a knee jerk partisan's usual crap to me.
