>Interesting fact: the Health Care bill was passed by Congress.
>
>It's up for the Judicial system to determine whether or not their bill is constitutional, which sounds exactly like what is happening.

>So whatever your point is, you might want to try explaining it in some detail, cause it looks like a knee jerk partisan's usual crap to me.

>Go back and read what I said...The current president and his administration have repeatedly attempted to violate the 10th amendment
>
>Obama has repeatedly tried to expand the powers of the federal govt, knowing full well they violate the U.S. constitution.

You keep saying the same thing over and over.

You even cited a bill drafted and passed by Congress, as proof that Obama is a bad guy.

>Some federal judges have already ruled that Obama's Health plan is unconstitutional.

That would imply the bill passed by Congress is unconstitutional.

That you have to make this all about Obama makes me think you are a spoon fed partisan.

> 26 states have brought suit against the health plan. US District Judge Roger Vinson in Florida ruled that the entire Act must be declared void, because the individual mandate is unconstitutional and not severable.

>Then again, why am I bothering to talk to someone who boasts about f-bombing someone's mother.

Better question:

Why am I bothering trying to be objective around someone who is obviously too emotionally involved with the subject matter and me to reciprocate.
