Try using GetPrinter() just before your REPORT FORM... command, in place of PROMPT. I have seen the promblem when users have the M$ fax driver as the default printer. An 8.5"X11" report will print out in 2"X3" compress print. I changed the default print driver to a physical printer the the problem cleared up.

My experience and 2 cents.
