The Canucks beat the Hawks so I am sort of cheering for them.

Chicago is having an excellent year of being not quite good enough. The Bears lost to the Packers, who won the Super Bowl, in the NFC championship game. The Bulls lost to the Heat, who are now playing for the NBA championship. The Hawks went down in the first round but gave the Canucks by far their toughest series so far, losing game 7 in OT. Fortunately we still have the Cubs and White Sox to uphold the reputation of mediocrity.
