The rising Euro and conversely the falling dollar are not an indicator of confidence but a reflection of economic realities including but not limited to the purposful degredation of the dollar, the limited agility of the European central bank, the slow moving trainwreck in the PIIGS, the rigidity of Greman-Franco effective control of the Euro block.
