http://www.thecorporation.com/Big corporations with many shareholders become psychotic entities that pollute the environment, harm people, cheat, steal, evade and are otherwise evil entities. Why? Because the corporate structure does a damn fine job of shielding the decision makers from the repercussions of their actions. Yes, I know there are exceptions, but by and large, corporate executives get off scott free for seriously criminal, nefarious behavior. Profit becomes the only motive, at all other expense.
