No doubt! Several years ago there was a similar issue happening near Ft. Lauderdale.... a nice gentleman who owns a restaurant there had been feeding people once a week on the same beach for years and years...I guess it ticked off a couple of the wrong people so they passed a law that was pretty much designed specifically to keep the guy from doing it. If I remember correctly the cops showed up a few times to arrest the guy, but so many supporters kept showing up they didn't dare do it.
