Its mind boggling how stupid he was. It sounded so far out there for this 'social media savvy' congressman that i had my doubts, plus the reported Twitter/iFrog picture submittal trigger issue was interesting. Not sure if that issue is true in light of his admission. But with his weird non-denials i knew something was there. I think there was a sense of invincibility coupled with a self-destructive streak. Quite a combination.

What i find odd & unique about this entire debacle is Breitbart's and his minion's level of antagonism directed toward AW. I am not familiar with the history, if any, between these two, but there appears to be a vitriolic hatred there. Obviously with AW claiming he was hacked, casting the accusations as BS would be one explanation, but it appears to be much deeper than that. I made the mistake of reading several posts on BB's biggovt.com website and the posters were absolutely euphoric about the news. Completely beside themselves with glee. There was a lot of 'pulitizer prize winning investigative jouralism' talk because a women sent BB some photos. Who feels giddy that way about a personal train wreck like this? Who (reportedly) sits on the photos for weeks PRIOR to the tweet, tweets about the material he's about to release, then releases a couple pics days later, and then tells the world that you have more pics that you will be releasing slowly over time? There's something foul about using the material to garner media attention for oneself and to increase traffic on your website.

I understand the concept of slowing down to look at the car wreck as you pass, but you dont roll down the window and cheer and highfive everyone in your car. Is it because AW is a pugnatious, tough talking, take-no-BS Dem? That BB finally gets a story right after his selective editing on the Shirrod and ACORN stories? That AW went after TeaParty Gawd Glenn Beck's last remaining sponsor, Gold Line? I really dont understand the reaction.
