Agreed. I have no problem with orthodontia in cases where teeth really don't fit, but I don't get the "let's correct every little variation" idea either. (FWIW, both my husband and I have had dentists want to do corrections in our mouths that we rejected. We may also be the only parents in the US who never had orthodontia recommended for our kids.)
