>>>A very old form which contained a version of this ActiveX opens with OLE error "Class not registered". I was unable to find the respective ActiveX in Tools>Options>Controls>radio button ActiveX controls for some reason. I do have Microsoft Office 2010 installed on my box and use Outlook as my email client. What options do I have have to recover this form ? I don't mind deleting old ActiveX reference and putting new one, whatever it is. Surely, I don't want to install ( and I can't ) old versions of Microsoft Office.
