Sounds to me like they need to win over the Hardware Manufactures.
The device makers are the one's doing the majority of the advertising.
But since Android is working out well for them, what possible reason would they have to make a similar investment in Windows Phone?
I can't imagine one.
Notice these days they are giving away Xbox 360's to college kids who buy a Windows Laptop.
And also notice that their phone's have Xbox Live.
I wonder how well it works?
With applications, it's not about what it's supposed to do. But how well it works.
If they can hammer that out into something special, I think they'll have a fighting chance.
