It will be interesting to see if and when they can reverse that trend. Having Nokia branded hardware may not change things as much as some hope or expect, since I think it's far more a platform play now and less on hardware/device branding. Windows Phone, Blackberry, and PalmOS are all in a big battle for a very 'distant' third place in the smartphone business.
Actually, I have a feeling that after this Nokia will be going down. I actually bought one E5 just when the change of CEO was announced - do it while they have the old OS on them. Just like I bought a laptop for my wife 4 years ago, choosing the best Toshiba at the time which still had XP on it.
