If a table has a field name starting with pk_, I think it's very logically to expect this field to be a primary key for that particular table and not another table which is not present. Either drop PK or make this field primary.
It's almost like a joke about a converted jew (could not be told in a big company, though) :)
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
