I also suggest Rick Strahl's wwHelp. Very easy to use, and it has many VFP specific features.

>>>In our applications we include F1 context sensitive help. For this we have used Doc 2 Help in the past, compiling the help project into a CHM file and mapping the HelpContextID's with the forms (which sometimes was not very easy to maintain).
>>>
>>>The reason we used Doc 2 Help was the ability to print the help document and give it as a hard copy to the clients (our distributors like it).
>>>
>>>Since we used an older version of Doc2Help (Word 2000) this has gotten rather painful. Also one downside of CHM files are the network security issues, so users cannot easily access the help over the network.
>>>
>>>With our latest project we are looking on either upgrading Doc2Help or other alternatives, and therefore I like to know some opinions about this, what are the different options of other products etc.
>>>
>>>I was also looking into the direction to have the help implemented in VFP itself, giving it more control, but then we would have to workout a lot of functionality like RTF text, printing etc.
