Robert,
Are you calling the same method on your business object to retrieve data in both forms? If not, then I suggest stepping into the method you are calling that doesn't work and find out which line of code in the business object is giving you the error. This will help in narrowing it down. If you are calling the same method, then can you post the code from both forms like you did earlier so we can see what is different?
