Can you use an ODBC driver to connect to the DB4 tables? That would handle the conversion for you if it's possible...

>According to Windows Event Binding Made Easy, in the section titled, "Binding to VFP IDE window events", there is a header file, WinEvents.H that I might be able to use when VFP's "Convert Memo" pops up to do the job.

>(btw: I can't find a copy of "WinEvents.H" anywhere - if ya got one - post it back and I'll make sure the big sky mall manager blesses you forever or the end of time {whichever comes first or last depending on your preferences})

>The approach is to use bindevents to determine that the "Convert Memo" dialog had indeed popped and then use Win APIs to get it's (the "Convert Memo" dialog) hWnd and send a click request or keyboard the space bar to press the "Yes" button on VFPs "Convert Memo" dialog.

>I aint proud - if you got it solved I'll trade an industrial single option base 1 array (no "safe array" required "cubic spline" algorithm, or FEDEX my gerbil (Gerty) to use at a pleasure, for the favor.
