Shouldn't be an impediment. <s> I'm currently doing project rescue on a pretty major VFP app, VFP using VFE framework. All code in presentation layer, mostly in click of buttons ( which call click of other buttons etc ) Data loaded with remote views from SQL, but then copied to local FP cursors and ..., wait for it ... copied to control's value fields one field at a time. Thousands of lines of code copying the code back to the fp cursors, and trying to keep all that in sync - then on save building SPT statements. That's right - NO DATA BINDING.
First VFP work I've done in 3 years so it is kind of fun. Good news is, it is in VFE and I have been given full brief to tear everything out and fix the plumbing. Actually a good gig,
