For the sake of the jump starts with Web stuff, I would create a standard Classic Business object project to keep things simpler. The jumpstarts were created earlier on when the classic business object entities were used and it will make it easier. Entity Framework is lighter because it doesn't have all the DataSets and such backing it up.
