Depending on how you need to test this I would recommend checking out JetBrains Dot Performance. I have used this on tracking performance issues in the current application. It will give you down to the method and individual call percentages of time. Plus it will allow you to compare different snapshots. They also have Dot Memory and Dot Coverage tools. I also use ReSharper and it is a great tool.
