What is wrong with this IF condition? Do I need to add parens on the outside? Never mind. I just found the extra paren.
IF BETWEEN(Eff_Date, ldFirstDateOfMonth, PTD) OR	BETWEEN((Eff_Date, ldLastDateOfMonth, PTD)
