Start by placing the 2nd CD from VS6 in your CD drive. Look for a directory called MDAC2. There will be a file there called MDAC_TYP.EXE. This is the latest ODBC drivers from MS. DblClicking this file will start the installation process. You might want to do a custom install to make sure the drivers you need get installed.
