I'm all for eliminating B. Hussein and his regime as soon as possible.

to some extent, increasing gas taxes may be considered a punishment, but when I see 2 brand new vehicles on my side of the parking lot friday (not terribly unusual) - one a Ford Expedition and one a Dodge RAM proudly proclaiming the HEMI under the hood - and knowing the people driving them will be generally alone in the vehicle driving on nice flat paved Kansas roads, I have no sympathy at all.

The big monster vehicles are still a fashion statement and are still selling primarily to people who have absolutely no need of them.

Add $5/gallon in my book.
