If I remember correctly, even when you log into Windows using a username with adminstrative rights, programs run with limited priveleges by default -- you have to right-click and select "Run as Administrator" to actually run the program with administrative rights.


If you rigth click on an exe you can select "Run as Administrator".
But it doesn´t give you that option with a dll.
I guess that to upsize the privileges given by default it must be somewhere else.
