Well we have a basic disagreement here. You're saying we can't improve the conditions of poor black people? That it's all just their decision to go bad? The fact that many of them grow up poor with little or nothing and maybe 1 parent or grandparent is not responsible for a person growing up hating the world - it's just a decison?!

You might as well say that a vicious dog that has been deprived proper food and abused has made the decision to be vicious (it just make no sense!)
