I'm using bcp to copy some data to a csv file.

Phone numbers which have been entered without a space are losing their leading zero.

Whats the best way to stop happening.

Phone numbers with an embedded space are ok

so 07887734045 comes out as 7887734045

07995 634910 comes out correctly
