Hi,
I'm writing a VB util that uses the modem and would like to use the 'Modem Monitoring Applet' that Win95 puts in the taskbar during Dial-Up networking/MSN etc...
I believe this is an API call, (I have found the exe for it LIGHTS.EXE but it won't load), but where can I find out which API call it is and how to call it?

If anyone out there knows I would be greatful for a reply in this forum (my email is broken:(
