>I second what Tracy said about how professionally you have handled this. And I completely understand your frustration over it. You are the one who is putting your money and a lot of time into running this site.
Thanks, but this is a community and it affects all of you as well. Members are part of a community and this is what makes this site to be live day after day.
>What I don't understand, not that it's really any of my business, is why you allow "Grover" to continue on the site using his real account. It's only one person, after all, and that person has violated a whole bunch of terms and conditions.
As you might have seen, I have enlarged the level of tolerance since a few years, because in most cases, if you proceed immediately to some actions, it will most of the times create a worst situation than at first. There is always a fan club on both sides. You cannot please everyone.
Just in your case, how many times have you asked to be banned or have your account frozen, etc. I hesitated to answer your request because this doesn't help. You are free to use the site. If you do not feel OK to use it, it is up to you to decide to simply not use it. I do not offer a terapy service. I am here to make sure the site runs OK, protects its good running, respond to member's need and make it evolve.
