Win764 Bit (using MSI) installs VFP in Program Files(32).

You shouldn't have any problems with Win7 if it's an MSI (Install Shield) install. It's complicated to work through the registrations manually.

Check the Win7 registry. Sometimes objects associated with apps not registered properly (usuallyn MSI) cause collisions (duplicate entries).

Usually - however - those conflicts are messaged during installation (while the components are being registered).

Strange that Win 7 allows the install complete and waits till runtime to throw a fit.
